Namib Film, Namibia’s premier service production company was found in 2000 by its CEO, Guy Nockels who has 38 years of experience in the international film industry. Namib Film started with humble beginnings by scouting locations for visiting producers, and providing location logistics for various productions. From there onwards Namib Film has built itself from strength to strength with more than 230 productions through its door, and also being the only Namibian based company that has facilitated a Hollywood studio film from main unit to miniatures. In 2014 Namib Film joined the Namibian holdings group namely Imwe Namibia Holdings which established itself as Namibia's largest media force . Imwe Namibia Holdings consist of Namib Film (service production company), Magic Touch Films (service production company), Equipment List Rentals (equipment rental company) and Desert Ace (booking agent for accommodation, aviation, transport & vehicles and tours / safaris).
